New York City Real Estate Broker

Scotty Elyanow

Scotty Elyanow

Associate Broker

Scotty has two decades of experience in the real estate business and has established a successful career as a broker in downtown Manhattan. He specializes in co-ops, condos, and investment properties in most of the city including many parts of Brooklyn, his former residence for five years.
Scotty became a proud community member in the West Village over a decade ago. Scotty lives and breathes New York and is a consistent volunteer in the neighborhood while adhering to its well-established Bohemian ethos. Scotty does know the West Village, building by building, block by block, and loves educating buyers on the process and finding their dream home while avoiding pitfalls. He is a lover of great design, beautiful architecture, and New York History. He has transacted in most parts of Manhattan from uptown to downtown and several Brooklyn neighborhoods helping buyers make wise choices in areas they may not have initially considered. Scott is a proud New Yorker, a strong and fiercely loyal advocate for his clients, a dedicated volunteer for the last 15 years year-round at The ELM Project (a non-profit that enhances the lives of underserved youth living with chronic illness by providing an enriching summer camp experience and the tools for a healthy, independent future), and a respected industry veteran.

His proudest achievements are his loyal and repeat clients and his 20 years of volunteering locally. Prior to NYC, Scotty lived in Los Angeles working under a top music producer dealing with A-List artists. He has studied acting and voiceovers for several years in Florida, LA, and NYC. 95% of Scotty's business is referrals and generations of the same family have transacted through him, his most humbling validation. Scotty is a West Village resident, and a Boston area native with family in NYC and all over the US. His interests include live music, jazz, guitar, technology, film, documentaries, NPR, PBS, and travel. He is also an active member of the Greenwich Village Historical Society, the Christopher Street Park Alliance, The Center, The Charles Street Association, The ELM Project, and was a member of the Big Brother program. Helping build a strong, friendly, safe, and diverse community is of utmost importance to Scotty and he lives by the same values: respect for the client, ethics, and integrity will always be his guiding principle.

We know how much trust is involved in the real estate process so here's a bit more about 'non-agent' Scotty.

Camp AmeriKids since 2002

The ELM Project / Camp AmeriKids is the best place on earth.

The ELM Project enhances the lives of underserved youth living with chronic illness by providing an enriching summer camp experience and the tools for a healthy, independent future.

Scotty has been an ELM Project and Camp AmeriKids volunteer for over 20 years. His main focus now is working with the Leader in Training (LIT) Program and his non-guilty pleasure is buying every absurd outfit off the internet and showing the kids that adults can be silly too.

I am a huge music nerd.

I am a huge music nerd.

... and I’m always excited to share.

I have been a DJ since my college and public radio days and love all styles of music especially jazz. My Apple and Spotify Playlists cover multiple genres and many are in collaboration with other users on (the social media app) Clubhouse. I love exploring new and old music and sharing what I’ve discovered along the way. Follow me on Clubhouse @villagescotty ✔️.

Christopher Street Park Alliance

One of NYC's most beautiful & historically important parks.

Historic Christopher Park is located across from the bar where the Stonewall rebellion took place in 1969, marking a turning point in the struggle for LGBTQ rights in America.

Today the park serves as the heart of the Stonewall National Monument offering a relaxing oasis for residents and visitors alike.

The gardens are maintained by the volunteer stewards of Christopher Park Alliance. Help keep the gardens green and in bloom by donating or volunteering.
